Since 2014, I've embarked on a successful journey at lululemon, progressing from store educator and team member to Regional Manager for the North East Market. My leadership style emphasizes balancing financial responsibility with long-term strategic thinking. This approach has been instrumental in achieving personal and organizational goals, not just for my team but for the markets I’ve worked in.

My commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive environment for both employees and customers has been a constant thread throughout my career. This passion led me to pioneer impactful Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives as a dedicated DEI Manager in the North American Region. In this role, I championed the creation and execution of impactful DEI programs, collaborated with leaders across the business to champion inclusion, and developed core and specialized DEI programs to foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.

My dedication to service extends beyond the corporate world. I am a passionate advocate for empowering individuals through mindfulness practices. In 2016, I was introduced to Karma Yoga (Yoga in Action) with United We Om, a non-profit organization. Having completed my yoga teacher training, I joined them as an instructor in 2017, leading multilingual yoga classes, breathing exercises, and meditation practices for diverse populations facing challenges. Since 2018, I've had the privilege of serving on their board, contributing my business and branding expertise to further their mission. The empathy and understanding I cultivate through yoga directly translate to my leadership style, allowing me to build strong, inclusive teams that achieve exceptional results. This commitment to inclusivity is deeply personal as well. Having immigrated to the US from Colombia at the age of 17 in 2001, I understand the challenges of navigating a new culture. My own experience fuels my desire to create opportunities and a sense of belonging for all, both within my teams and in the communities I serve.
